TRAUMA-RECOVERY MENTORING
You deserve more.
BURN-OUT.
PEOPLE-PLEASING.
Overwhelmed by caring for others.
Struggling with self-care & over-thinking?
Sessions are delivered in alignment with the individual challenges
or target goals that you are working on in trauma-recovery.
If you are interested in self-mastery programs click here.

We have two main approaches to our trauma-recovery work:

INSIGHT SESSIONS
- Resourcing & Inspiration for Independent Recovery -

Some of us do better with being more autonomous in our trauma-recovery, we like doing the self-work processes alone, at our own pace and in our own time.
So I've designed these sessions to support people who are looking to get the most resources, ideas and assistance in the shortest sessions - both for time and cost efficiency.
Get the relief, validation and inspiration you need to keep doing the work. Being able to check-in with a support person who understands the challenges of the trauma-recovery journey is essential in recovery. Here, you can trust that someone is supporting you to realise your internal power so you can build trust in yourself, eventually lean into trusting and relying on others & the world.

We work together, creating your own personalised program: including a tailored list of resources (books, videos, articles), somatic practices, mindfulness and self-awareness skills on the key topics you want to address.
These resources give you the foundation for continued exploration and development of your self-awareness, supporting you in your self-work processes.

If you want the maximum info and take-home help, then The insight, intensive sessions are designed for you.
This option is perfect for people who can't do long-term talk therapy due to financial affordability or deep relational trauma that makes therapy challenging. If you prefer independent recovery processes, the outcomes of these sessions can be exponentially beneficial than working solo or starting over with new counsellor.

- Struggling to find a counsellor than understands
- Want a support-person who knows what CPTSD feels like

- Need specific specialised support with complex-trauma issues

BOOK A CHECK-IN CHAT

ANXIETY. LONELINESS.
Socially anxious or easily stressed?
Feeling isolated, alone or disconnected?
You're not alone.
You can find calm & presence.
For those that want slower and more long-term support....
COUNSELLING SUPPORT SESSIONS
REOCCURING OR CASUAL
- Healing through relationship & gradual change -

These support sessions are slower to allow for the nervous system to gradually calm, change and begin to trust.
It is normal and well-known that people who have experienced complex-trauma have nervous systems that are set by default in a more heightened state of vigilance, edginess, irritation and also states of depression, dissociation and numbness.
In safe spaces, it's not uncommon for strong emotions to arise, when this happens, we both move, meet and adjust to the needs of the emotion, body and mind which allows for the release, reconciliation or redirection of intense emotions.
These emotional and somatic experiences facilitate the acquisition of tools and skills under stress, teaching yourself to handle emotions and intrusive thoughts in everyday life, which allows for increased self-regulation and empowering integration practices to take into your home life.
In this space...
you don't have to be afraid of
your big feelings or wild thoughts...
- we welcome it all! -
We understand how overwhelming it feels...
and we can help you learn your own ways
...to safely move through them to find wisdom
In face-to-face sessions, we can modify the environment to meet the body and mind's needs for safety, movement, distraction, play or integration. The support sessions are more dynamic and always led by the clients needs or interests.
This is not your average counselling session.
We don't diagnose, prescribe or drive sessions.
We intuitively and experimentally adjust to whatever is showing up on the day, supporting you with what you need.

OPTIONS

ORGANIC
These sessions are generally more organic with skills, information and practices shared on a need to know basis. Each sessions involves a check-in, after which options are given for further exploration. You choose direction by listening to you mind & body, to see what you need and want.
Our job? We attune to your needs in the session, supporting the process, practice or therapy style you intuitively select.
Then we flow with whatever arises, as insights appear.

MODULATED
If you prefer a more structured approach, we can create tailored-programs, working together to build a support system and learning pathways for your specific issues, challenges or interests.
Your map, you lead, you're in control.
That means you set the speed, adjust the course as fits you.
Our job? To support you in the directions and dimensions you've chosen to explore, and help you understand the key skills you want to use for recovery.

FAQS
How much does it cost?
People with C-PTSD are known to struggle with many aspects of life including job and income security.
We price for affordability, with a sliding scale to adjust for low-income households or those dealing with financial limits or issues.

Do I have to commit to long-term sessions?
No, you don't have to commit or lock-in for anything!
For those who want the most affordable and time efficient support and resources, we have short one-off intensive insight sessions.
For those seeking long-term support, we provide trauma-recovery counselling. We offer regular support and check-ins if you want a slow and steady pace to work through issues organically or with a set focus.
You choose the length of time, cancel/reschedule any time you want or need to.
We understand life is stressful during trauma-recovery, and it can be hard to keep routines and regular appointments. So we can offer flexibility or frequency at the rate that suits you and your nervous system.

Can I just do single sessions when I need them?
Yes! We have short one-off intensive session for people wanting the most affordable and time efficient support and resources.
