With over 10 years experience as a leader of personal development workshops and outdoor education programs in NSW, VIC & Tasmania.
Gemma offers a wealth of practices and knowledge, including a dedicated focus on trauma-recovery skills, acquired from over 5 years of training in yoga practices, intuitive sounding arts, somatic practices & trauma-informed art therapy.

Participants are able to identify where to make changes; learning how to reprogram their own minds and bodies, to enjoy lives full of freedom, satisfaction and purpose.

​​Gemma uses principles of Human Behaviour Analysis, Parts Work, Nature Therapy, Art Therapy and Somatic Reconnection Practices. She helps clients to identify beliefs, behaviour patterns and thought processes that are generating self-limiting barriers.
